The Body of Stress. Saturday 24 October 2026, 6:30 to 8:30 pm IST, online. Ten seats, ₹399 (₹299 for students). A new Level 1 room: the same method as September, with a different feeling to map.
What happens in the two hours
We build one shared body map of a single feeling, together, on one page. This time the feeling is stress. The last one, in September 2026, was called The Body of Overwhelm and twenty six people came.
The first hour goes through four layers, in order: what the body is physically noticing, what emotion sits with it, what it makes you want to do, and what the mind says about it. Noticing before explaining.
The second hour is for the two questions that make the map useful: what would make this five percent easier, and what do you need less of. The September room asked for more on release, so that part is longer this time. You leave with something to point at instead of something to carry.
Who it is for
- Anyone curious about what their body does under pressure, with no background needed at all
- Students of psychology and counselling
- Counsellors, teachers, facilitators and health workers who want to try the method themselves
- People who find it easier to draw or point at something than to explain it in words
What it is not
It is not therapy, not an assessment and not a diagnosis. Nobody is asked to share a personal story, and you choose a moment to work with that sits at around three to five out of ten, not the hardest thing you carry. You can keep your camera off for the whole session. Nothing is recorded. If a physical symptom is troubling you, please see a doctor first.
The practical bit
- When: Saturday 24 October 2026, 6:30 to 8:30 pm IST
- Where: Google Meet. The link appears as soon as your payment goes through, and comes again by email the day before
- Seats: ten at most. Small enough that everyone is part of the same map
- Fee: ₹399, or ₹299 if you are a student, paid online through Razorpay
- Bring: a sheet of paper, a pen, and if you have them a few coloured pencils. Nobody looks at the drawing
- Refunds: full refund up to 72 hours before the session, no questions. After that your seat can go to someone you name. If fewer than five people book, the session moves to a new date and everyone who paid chooses between the new date and a full refund
Book a seat
One step, about two minutes. Pay on the secure Razorpay page (UPI, card or net banking), and the Google Meet link appears on screen as soon as the payment goes through. You will also get a receipt by email, and the link again the day before the workshop.
Students: choose the ₹299 seat on the same page. The payment page asks for your profession or what you are studying and your experience with psychology, so the workshop can be pitched at the right level for the room. Payments are handled by Razorpay; Tee Talks does not see your card or bank details.
Cannot make the 24th?
